If you are a first-time user, choose "Create an account" to use your email or "Log in" to use your social media credentials to create your account. If you have applied before and do not remember your credentials, please email admissions@uis.edu and we will send your credentials to you. To ensure you have access to our messages, use a personal email that is not a school associated account.

If you are applying for:

• Online Degree Program (graduate or undergraduate), select the Online Degree Programs Application Type
• Campus Undergraduate or directly from high school, select the Campus Undergraduate Programs Application Type
• Campus Graduate, select the Campus Graduate Programs Application Type
• Certificate Program or Guest Status (online or campus), select the Non-Degree & Certificate Programs Application Type
