Participation Agreement

Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) Student Participation Agreement

I understand I must:

Enroll in my community college and complete course work that meets the UIS transfer requirements and degree requirements toward my intended program
Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale on both all transferable coursework, and coursework specifically required for admission
Track my degree progress in transferology.com (CollegeSource) by importing my courses on a semesterly basis.

Please note, each TAG cohort is scheduled for either a spring or fall enrollment at UIS, but understand that some programs are only available in the fall term. I must submit a UIS transfer application for the fall term by May 1 (November 1 for spring) in the year I plan to transfer.
