Group Visit Request
Loading...
UIS is always pleased to welcome groups from schools and community organizations working with students grade 7 or higher. Our group visit schedule is based on our staff and student ambassador availability. We offer on-campus group visits on
Tuesday - Thursday
, from 11a until 1p.
Please note that while UIS updates the Public Affairs Center, there may be limited availability for groups larger than 35. We will try our best to accomodate as many groups as possible.
Group tour applications need to be completed a minimum of three weeks in advance so that we can best serve your students.
Group size
maximum is
50, including students and chaperones
. We cannot accommodate groups larger than this size.
Groups must review the Group Visit Agreement prior to visiting campus.
Groups must arrive on time. Arriving late will impact your scheduled group visit. Arriving 15 minutes late or more can result in a canceled or abbreviated tour.
If you need to cancel your group visit, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Visit priority will be given to student groups with students considering UIS for the upcoming enrollment cycle.
Please note: We cannot accommodate groups that arrive without notice.
Our Group Visit Request form has questions to help you plan a wonderful group visit. Once your application has been received, a representative from our office will follow up to approve the availability. For questions about your group visit, please contact Sarah Adams at
sadam26@uis.edu
.
*Note: Please do not complete this form to request a visit from an admission counselor at your school or college fair. Please email admissions@uis.edu with your request.
